Terms of Service

Effective: 2026-02-22 • Last updated: 2026-03-28

These terms govern ISP IP and Datacenter IP infrastructure services, including billing conditions, suspension rules, and liability limitations.

Terms of Service

This is the primary agreement between the user and AlocNet, covering usage terms, billing, suspension, and liability limitations. Technical details are governed by the referenced Policy documents.

1) Acceptance & Updates

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, stop using the service. We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version posted on our site/notices is effective. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

2) Eligibility & Account Security

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and use the service. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials/keys, and all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us promptly.

3) Service Scope & Plan Terms

AlocNet provides network infrastructure for ISP IP and Datacenter IP according to the purchased plan (e.g., term, IP type/region, protocols, limits). Binding details follow the Pricing/Checkout pages and the order confirmation at the time of payment. If there is a conflict, the order confirmation prevails.

4) Incorporated Policies

Policies published on the service Policy page (e.g., Network Policy, Dedicated IP & Reassignment, IP Replacement, Privacy & Minimal Logs, Abuse & Security, Billing/Refund) are incorporated into and form part of these terms. If there is a conflict: (1) order confirmation/specific plan agreement (if any), then (2) Terms of Service, then (3) the relevant Policy.

5) Permitted Use & Prohibited Use (ToS Level)

You must use the service lawfully, respect others’ rights, and not harm the network. Prohibited activities include attacks/scanning, unauthorized access attempts (brute force/hacking), malware/phishing/botnets, spam, DDoS, using the service to evade legal restrictions applicable to you, and violating Network/Abuse policies. Enforcement details are governed by the service’s Acceptable Use/Abuse & Security policies.

6) Availability, Maintenance & Changes

We may perform maintenance, upgrades, rerouting, or network changes for security/stability that may reduce performance or cause temporary outages. No enterprise-grade SLA is guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing for your plan.

7) Suspension & Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate service (in whole or in part) for violations, security risk, abnormal usage affecting the system, legal orders, or to prevent harm. Emergency actions may occur without prior notice. Termination does not obligate refunds except as allowed under the Refund Policy.

8) Billing, Renewal, Cancellation & Refunds (High Level)

Fees follow the purchased plan and may auto-renew as shown at Checkout. Cancellation applies to the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise. Refunds follow the Refund Policy; generally, once resources are provisioned/activated (e.g., dedicated IP), refunds may not be available except for delivery/activation failures as defined. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3 business days.

9) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as-is” and “as-available.” We do not guarantee third-party outcomes, nor that an IP will always pass third-party checks/policies. We are not liable for indirect/special/consequential damages, loss of profit/revenue/data, or reputational harm. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the most recent billing period of the affected service.

10) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, penalties, costs, and attorneys’ fees arising from your use, violations of these terms/policies, or violations of law/third-party rights.

11) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, cyberattacks, strikes, government actions, or third-party failures. In such cases, we will endeavor to restore service as soon as reasonably possible.

12) Governing Law, Language & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. If Thai and English versions conflict, the English version controls. Disputes arising from or relating to these terms are subject to Thai jurisdiction. Dispute resolution may proceed through negotiation, mediation, or legal proceedings as appropriate.

13) Contact
